EFI hose clamps use a non-perforated band with a rolled edge instead of the perforated worm-drive style, protecting fuel injection hose from cutting or wear under pressure. Ours are 304 stainless, tightened with a bolt and captive nut, sized 6mm x 8mm to 16mm x 18mm.
A standard worm-drive clamp has slots cut into the band for the screw to grip, and those slots can dig into a soft or high-pressure hose over time. An EFI clamp avoids that entirely: the band is smooth and non-perforated with a rolled edge, so there's no cut edge or slot pressing against the hose itself. That matters more on fuel injection lines than on a general hose, since a fuel line failure isn't just an inconvenience.
Instead of a worm screw threading through a perforated band, these clamps tighten with a bolt turning against a captive nut fixed to the band. That gives finer, more even control over clamping force, which is part of why this style is the standard choice for fuel injection and other high-pressure hose connections rather than a general worm-drive clamp.
Made from 304 stainless steel, these clamps hold up to fuel, oil and general engine bay exposure without corroding the way a lower grade material would, keeping the clamp reliable over the life of the hose it's securing.
6mm x 8mm, 8mm x 10mm, 10mm x 12mm, 12mm x 14mm, 14mm x 16mm and 16mm x 18mm, sold in packs of 20. These sit at the smaller end of the hose clamp range, matching typical fuel line and small hose diameters rather than the larger bore hoses our German-style clamps cover.
Securing fuel injection and other high-pressure hose connections, where a smooth non-perforated band and precise tightening matter more than on a general hose fitting.
EFI clamps use a non-perforated rolled edge band and bolt-and-nut tightening, giving a smoother inner surface and more even clamping force than a perforated worm-drive band.

Yes, the 304 stainless construction holds up to general outdoor and marine exposure, though for the most corrosion-heavy marine environments, a 316 grade stainless steel cable tie is worth pairing with it for full corrosion resistant fastening.
Yes, we also stock German-style 304 stainless hose clamps for general and larger diameter hose applications.
