4.8mm Black Zip Ties

4.8mm is the all-rounder width: strong enough for fencing, conduit and trailer work, but still neat enough for smaller jobs. Every zip tie here is UV stabilised black nylon 66 with a 22kg breaking strain, and the only thing that changes is the length. All five lengths come 100 to a pack.

To check a length, wrap a piece of string around the bundle and add a few centimetres so you have tail to pull the tie tight.

Not quite the right width?

For lighter loads, 3.6mm black zip ties (18kg) are easier to handle and cost less. For heavier bundles, go up to 7.6mm black zip ties, which are rated to 55kg. You can compare every width in the black zip ties range.
