Crimp Terminals
Crimp terminals join a wire to a stud, tab or another wire without soldering. A proper crimp holds better than twisting and taping, and it will not vibrate loose. Ours are insulated with tinned copper contacts and come in packs of 50.
Terminals are colour coded by wire size: red for 3mm wire, blue for 4mm and yellow for 5mm, so you can pick the right one without measuring.

Crimping tips
Strip just enough insulation for the wire to reach the end of the barrel, then crimp with a ratchet crimping tool so every join gets the same pressure. For joins exposed to water, finish them with dual wall heat shrink.
