Heat shrink tubing slides over a join, terminal or damaged wire. Heat it and it shrinks down tight to insulate and protect what is underneath. We sell it by the metre, cut to the length you order, so you only pay for what the job needs.
Dual wall 3:1 heat shrink
Our main range is 3:1 dual wall heat shrink: the tubing shrinks to a third of its size and an adhesive inner liner melts to seal the join. Sizes run from 2.4mm for fine wiring to 90mm for large connections.

Single wall heat shrink
For dry, indoor and under-dash work, single wall heat shrink costs less. It comes in seven sizes from 3mm to 16mm and insulates without sealing.
How to pick a size
Choose a diameter that slides over the widest part of the join. With a 3:1 ratio, it will shrink far enough to grip the thinner wire on either side.
Goes well with
Finish crimped joins with heat shrink for extra protection, or use heat shrink wire joiners, which have the sleeve built in. Browse crimp terminals for the connectors themselves.
