Blue female bullet terminals for 4mm wire. They take a male bullet to make a plug-and-unplug join, with the live side covered when apart. Blue marks 4mm wire in our colour code, which covers medium-duty circuits.
What they fit
Use them on 4mm wire for jobs such as:
- horns and cooling fans
- fuel pump and relay wiring
- 12V sockets and accessory feeds
How to fit them
- Crimp the female onto the supply side so the exposed pin is on the load side.
- Crimp a male bullet in blue to the other wire.
- Push them together until the bullet seats.
Use a ratchet crimping tool: it will not release until the crimp is complete, so every blue 4mm join gets the same pressure. Where the join will see water, seal it with dual wall heat shrink.
