What they fit
Use them on 3mm wire for jobs such as:
- interior and dash lighting
- indicator and tail light wiring
- sensor, radio and switch leads
How to fit them
- Strip the 3mm wire and crimp it into the red barrel.
- Fit a female bullet in red to the other wire.
- Push the two together until the bullet seats; pull them apart to disconnect.
Use a ratchet crimping tool: it will not release until the crimp is complete, so every red 3mm join gets the same pressure. Where the join will see water, seal it with dual wall heat shrink.
